Zendesk doesn't trigger any popup notification / icon badge / activity red dot

The issue I’m facing is:

When “new” tickets come through on zendesk, no notifications are provided, even with notifications enabled on station.

I’m also having this issue - it’s a real problem when trying to encourage my team to lower their reply times
