Google Inbox is buggy / undo shortcut is not working / no badge on icon / unable to send email

:writing_hand: Brief description of the issue

My problem is that i cannot use cmd+z in google inbox. When I go to the menu bar on the top, click edit, then undo nothing happens. This is painful for me because I lost a good amount of work that I was doing with an accidental select all and backspace.
