Freshbooks email confirmation prevents login

The issue I’m facing is:
Cannot login to Freshbooks. It sends you to a page where you must click a link to confirm login, and that opens ONLY in external browser - not Station.

Completely unusable - PLEASE HELP!

You just have to:

  1. Confirm your email in your default browser
  2. Return to Station and refresh Freshbook by double clicking on its icon in the dock (
  3. Login again to Freshbook in Station

That does not work. Does nothing but re-load the main Freshbooks login page.
Please help.

I confirm that login to Freshworks works perfectly on our side.
Could you send me a screen recording of the bug so I can try to reproduce it?

mmm now that you’ve clicked on the confirmation link in your browser, logging in Freshworks via Station still doesn’t work?

Correct. If I click on the link, in Gmail inside of Station, or even in my default browser, the link opens in my default browser, as shown in the video.
Double clicking Freshbooks does nothing - ever - except take me back to the login screen to repeat the cycle.

Even tried adding a second instance of Freshbooks. Nothing works.

Ok, we’ll have to investigate this. We indeed have an issue with link redirects.

One solution would be to correctly “catch” the link sent to you by mail so that it opens in Station instead of your default browser: could you right click on the URL sent to you by mail, click on “Copy link Address” and send me the link?
